Return Policy
We understand that sometimes the perfect outfit isn't always what you imagined. That's why we're here to support you every step of the way. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your Co-ords & Co. experience, and if something doesn't quite fit or suit your style, we'll make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're dedicated to ensuring that you find the pieces that make you feel amazing.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a Return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging with tags. You’ll also need the proof of purchase such as the email confirmation with the order number.

If your return is accepted, we’ll share with you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Kindly note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost of returns. Please also remember to keep your proof of postage as we will require this.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive the approved amount within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@coordsandco.com.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we don’t offer an exchange at this time. Simply return your product(s) and reorder for a replacement.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
